reality (AR) corner powered by HoloLens adds a new

of-line (EoL) testing reaches its limits. Conventional
dyno-based systems are slow, costly, and ener-
gy-intensive and hence don’t pay off for high-throughput
demands of modern manufacturing.
AVL E-Motor TS™ End of Line Unloaded introduces a
smarter approach. Instead of applying mechanical load,
the system captures all relevant e-motor phenomena and
anomalies during an unloaded test – with unmatched preci-
sion and repeatability. Like an echocardiogram for electric
motors, it delivers a unique fingerprint for every unit.
Going beyond simple pass/fail checks, AI-powered
analytics identify fault types and root causes, trace issues
back to specific assembly steps, and even support diagnos-
tics for motors already in the field. With takt times down to
60 seconds, this system is up to 70 % faster than conven-
tional test setups – enabling a dramatic increase in testing
